Since our founding, Ammunition Theatre Company has been committed to service and community engagement — with a particular focus on Los Angeles.

In addition to regularly including talkbacks, affinity nights, and accessible pricing into our theatrical programming, AMMO has led year long residencies with several local non-profit organizations and schools. Some of our past partners include My Friend's Place in Hollywood, Wise and Healthy Aging in Santa Monica, POPS (Pain of the Prison System) the Club in Venice Beach/Inglewood/Woodland Hills/Koreatown, and Central High School in Mar Vista.

Ammunition Theatre Company is proud of our partnerships; we consider them to be part of our family. From providing weekly theatre classes and improv workshops to helping students write and perform their own material, some of our most cherished work has stemmed from these connections.

If you are part of an organization that would be interested in an AMMO partnership or residency, please reach out to us at ammunitiontheatreco@gmail.com

“Ammunition Theatre company brought to My Friends Place an extraordinary opportunity for youth to explore and participate in theatre, though in reality they brought our community so much more than that.” - Heather Carmichael LCSW, Executive Director

“Ammunition Theatre Company “adopted” the POPS the Club. I can’t praise them enough. Members of the company spread out across our schools…to lead writing performance workshops and often worked individually with students- helping them not only to find their voices but to develop their confidence.”- Amy Friedman, Executive Director
